# Bundled FFmpeg BGA converter

ProjectQuint distributes a separate, minimal FFmpeg command-line executable so a clean macOS installation can convert BMS WMV/AVI BGA files without Homebrew.
|

The build intentionally excludes `--enable-gpl`, `--enable-nonfree`, libx264, Homebrew libraries, networking, and dynamically loaded third-party codecs. Run `Tools/build-ffmpeg-macos.sh` from the project checkout to reproduce the Universal executable from the included source archive.
|
|
|
|
The Stable build copies the exact source archive, LGPL license, attribution notice, and reproducible build script into `ProjectQuint.app/Contents/Resources/ThirdParty/FFmpeg`.
